Through a combination of employee interview, observation, and objective measurement, we will determine the critical demands of an occupation and generate a job description with accurate & specific physical demand requirements to facilitate effective pre-hire screening and post-offer testing.

We will review an injured worker’s medical history, course of care, and any previous evaluations to ensure that the injured worker is getting appropriate care and provide recommendations for how to best resolve the case.
